Vendor & Associate Policy

Rules for OEMs, installers, and associates listing or fulfilling orders on Thunder EV Charging Hub.

1. Definitions

Associate / Vendor means an authorised seller, OEM partner, EPC contractor, or installer registered with Thunder EV. Platform means Thunder EV Charging Hub websites and admin systems.

6. OEM warranty responsibilities

Associates must pass through manufacturer warranties, honour RMA procedures, and provide warranty cards/serial registration where required. OEM is primary warrantor; Associate is responsible for first-line support and logistics unless Thunder EV is seller of record.

7. Customer dispute process

Associates must respond to Thunder EV-routed disputes within 3 business days. Provide evidence (POD, test reports, photos). Thunder EV may mediate; repeated failures lead to suspension.

8. Marketplace liability limitations

Associates indemnify Thunder EV against claims arising from defective listings, non-compliance, or misrepresentation. Thunder EV's platform liability to customers is defined in Terms & Conditions; Associates remain liable for their supplies and services.

9. Pricing & commissions

Commission and settlement cycles are defined in the associate agreement. Associates must honour confirmed platform prices.

10. Customer service & RMA

Joint responsibility with Thunder EV for post-sale support on supplied items. Escalations handled via admin workflow.

12. Suspension & termination

Thunder EV may suspend or remove associates for policy breaches, quality failures, repeated SLA misses, or legal non-compliance. Outstanding customer orders must still be fulfilled or refunded.

13. Data & confidentiality

Customer data shared for fulfilment must be used only for that order and protected per our Privacy Policy.
