Thunder EV Charging Hub ("Thunder EV", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace and planning platform that connects buyers — homeowners, businesses, fleet operators, and charge point operators (CPOs) — with authorized associates, OEMs, and installation partners across India.
We facilitate discovery, quotation, ordering, and project coordination for AC and DC EV charging equipment and related infrastructure services. Thunder EV may act as an intermediary platform; product fulfilment and installation are performed by verified associates unless expressly stated otherwise on an order.
What we offer
- Marketplace: Catalog of approved EV chargers (7 kW AC through 240 kW DC) and accessories.
- AI project planning: Feasibility, grid sizing, subsidy guidance, and commercial proposals for charging projects.
- Associate network: Vetted vendors and installers with dispatch, compliance, and admin oversight.
- Customer portal: Order tracking, quotes, invoices, and support tickets.
Multi-vendor marketplace
Products listed on Thunder EV may be supplied by multiple independent vendors, OEMs, distributors, and installation partners. Thunder EV provides the platform, payment facilitation, order routing, and customer support coordination. Product warranties are primarily provided by OEMs and fulfilment associates unless Thunder EV is identified as seller of record on your invoice.
